We have
listened to three song lyrics in our class; No man is an Island, I am a rock
and you’ll never walk alone. These lyrics is quite different. I think No man is
an Island says something about how the world is one. It says: “any man’s death
diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind”. Maybe he means that whenever
any person dies a part of the world dies. I am a rock does say that he don’t
want to make any friends or connect to anybody because if he connect to anybody
he’ll just get hurt. You’ll never walk alone says that you will always have
someone by your side, but it also says that you should not give up.
